EAST COAST PHASE II, AUTHENTIC ASIAN CULINARY DESTINATION IN THE PIK AREA
Culinary destinations in the Golf Island area of Pantai Indah Kapuk are now more complete and diverse. Following the successful opening of East Coast Phase I in November 2022, on Saturday August 31st 2024, the Grand Opening of East Coast Phase II was held which was attended by the Board of Directors of Agung Sedayu Group.
East Coast Phase II is located directly opposite By The Sea and features F&B outlets with authentic Asian flavors. Not only for dining, each outlet has a spacious and comfortable area, so it can be an ideal place to hold family gatherings, hangouts with friends and the community, or other special events.
One of the main advantages and attractions of East Coast Phase II is the presence of premium outlets, including the only Michelin Guide Restaurant in Jakarta, Un-Yang-Kor-Dai. Brought directly from Singapore, this restaurant serves mouth-watering Thai & Isaan dishes. Not only that, the curated selection of Asian culinary delights also enriches the variety of choices, from Halal to Non-Halal, such as modern Padang Restaurants – Tuan Mudo, Loong Ge, Dong Khoi Café, Yi Mian, Porky’s Express, and many more.
This destination, conceptualized by Arkana, a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group, is not only present as an extension of the first phase, but also provides improvements in terms of diversity and quality of dining experiences. With all the uniqueness it offers, East Coast Phase II is certainly a new culinary destination that must be visited in the PIK area. Lina Huwan, as Commercial Retail 2 Division Head, said, “This culinary destination with the latest concept will provide a unique and innovative dining experience. Strategically located and designed with a cozy atmosphere, East Coast Phase II will further complement the array of facilities on the east side of Golf Island PIK.” For culinary lovers, dining options can also be enjoyed at East Coast PIK Phase I, which is the initial development of this second phase destination.
Lina Huwan also explained that the culinary delights here are the first to be found in Jakarta and even Indonesia and are now being presented at East Coast Phase II. “With the presence of East Coast Phase II, we hope that it will not only become a destination for residents around PIK, but we also hope that people from all over Jakarta will come here to enjoy our culinary choices,” she added.
By presenting higher quality culinary delights, it provides an unrivalled culinary experience for visitors and becomes the main destination for those looking for a more special dining experience and for culinary lovers, the dining options here are more complete. East Coast Phase II is also very easy to reach for visitors who live in areas around and outside PIK because of its location close to the Transjakarta bus stop in East Jalasena and can be reached by the free commuter bus service available in this area.
