More companies are building offices in the CBD PIK2 area. After Menara Syariah, BNI Tower, PIK2 Signature Gallery, Spike Airdome, NICE, Angke Heritage, now it is Bank Mandiri's turn to build its third regional office at PIK2 by holding a groundbreaking ceremony for the Mandiri Financial Center in this area on Friday, October 4th 2024.

The development is part of Bank Mandiri’s long-term strategy in providing the most modern financial solutions that are adaptive to dynamic market needs, in line with the spirit of the company’s 26th anniversary which carries the theme “Adaptif dan Solutif”.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Mandiri Financial Center PIK2 Tower was also attended by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Erick Thohir, President Commissioner of Bank Mandiri Chatib Basri, along with the Board of Directors and Commissioners of Bank Mandiri, the Board of Directors of Agung Sedayu Group, and the Board of Directors of the Banten Provincial Government.

Construction of the Mandiri Financial Center PIK2 Tower will soon begin on an area of ±1.2 hectares, which is planned to consist of two towers and a car park building, namely the Livin’ tower with 21 floors to be used as Bank Mandiri Group offices, and the Kopra tower with 19 floors, all will be commercialized. Targeted to be completed within 2 years, Bank Mandiri’s two iconic towers will certainly enliven the CBD PIK2 area even more.

Having a total building area of around ±100,000 square meters, this integrated office complex will also be equipped with supporting facilities, including a 12-story car park building, commercial area, mosque, food court, sky bridge, sky lounge, as well as green areas spread across the ground floor and rooftop.

This building targets Platinum category in the Green Building Certification, presents various energy-saving features, and focuses on technology that can reduce carbon emissions, with the aim of creating harmony between modern infrastructure and a healthier environment.

President Director of Bank Mandiri, Darmawan Junaidi, stated that the construction of the Mandiri Financial Center at PIK2 is concrete evidence of Bank Mandiri’s commitment in innovating and responding to the needs of society and business people. “This building is expected to provide a one-stop service experience that makes it easier for Bank Mandiri customers and its subsidiaries to access integrated financial services, while supporting global connectivity, expanding business expansion opportunities, and opening access to wider investment with superior financial products and services offered,” said Darmawan.

Located on Jalan Jendral Sudirman, PIK2 area, Mandiri Financial Center PIK2 will offer premium accessibility, with a toll gate that is only ±7 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta Airport and an LRT line projected to cross this area. With strategic connectivity and rapid infrastructure development, this building is projected to become a business center with great potential, especially in the financial services sector.
